Bare 11 defeated at Woodbridge

This game was an end of season dead rubber and City were decimated with Injuries and players away for Easter Hols. City only had 11 players available and not all of them were 100% fit.

It was a rainy and windy day and Woodbridge were in good shape getting ready for their league cup final next week. Woodbridge scored early, but City did well and had chances that really should have been converted. City did get and equalised when Tennie did well taking on a few Woodbridge players and squared to find Jack, who calmly placed his shot from just inside the box with his left foot into the goal. 1-1 Htime.
Woodbridge scored a 2nd with a through ball mid way through 2nd half to go 2-1 up. And Woodbridge nearly scored a 3rd after Cam in goal got lucky clearing his lines.
City had chances to equaliser, but it was not to be and the game ended 2-1.

The 11 that did play worked to the end and Sam had a good energetic game and was awarded MOTM.
